Karen's success is based on a very high level of professionalism, so it is no surprise that she has consistently ranked in the top one percent of all realtors in the United States. “I truly believe that service is paramount. I have become the realtor of choice for many sellers and buyers by giving my clients service far beyond the ordinary, and empathizing with then through the home selling or buying process,” Levine said.
Selling or buying a home is one of the most stressful life events people go through. The decision making process can be extremely difficult. Karen tries to lead her clients through this process by putting herself in their shoes and taking them from one step to the next.
“Whether buying or selling, my clients get the benefit of my 22 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry and the tremendous amount of available information that I can provide from so many sources.” Karen also stated that one of her biggest pleasures is watching the stress dissolve and seeing the process become fun and exciting for her clients. “Attitude is so important. When they realize that I will be there for them every step of the way, the tension dissolves and the smiles appear.” Karen has been a resident of Dade County for over 40 years, and received both Bachelors and Masters degrees from the University of Miami in Coral Gables. She has a thorough knowledge of all of the South Florida communities and has watched some communities change from strawberry fields to populated neighborhoods.
Karen specializes in the marketing of luxury residences and uses a multi-faceted award winning program designed to target the specific audience each property demands.
Since she began her Real Estate career in 1986, she has helped hundreds of families find the home of their dreams –some from as far away as Canada, Africa, Latin America, Europe and Asia. She also specializes in corporate relocation and has done regular work for many Corporations such as Burger King, Hewlett Packard, Del Monte Foods, and Royal Caribbean Cruises. When new employees are relocated to South Florida, Karen acclimates them to the area and helps them become familiar with the housing market, schools, cultural activities and “everything else wonderful” that South Florida has to offer.
Karen and her husband Ed, a Real Estate Attorney, reside in Deering
Bay Yacht and Country Club and enjoy golf, tennis and boating. They
have proven to be successful role models for their two grown sons.
Jason is a successful chiropractor with two offices in the Miami
area. Jeremy is a partner in the Levine Law Offices in Coral Gables,
Florida offices which specializes in Real Estate and Foreclosure
Law .
Karen’s family is now growing with the addition of her daughter-in-law, Karen, and two granddaughters, Bailey and Siena.
